Operations
Track and cancel asynchronous requests. Every workflow mutation returns
202 Accepted with an operation id; these endpoints expose the operation's state
until it is terminal (SUCCEEDED, REJECTED, FAILED, CANCELLED or EXPIRED) and
let you cancel it while it has not yet reached the ledger. See "Asynchronous

List operations
List the operations visible to the calling bank: those your bank initiated and those in
